Here are some delicious menu items that we have prepared for previous parties. In addition to these items, we also love to create new plates!
Bocadito:
Heart of palm wrapped with deli ham and green olive. Served with salsa golf sauce.
Canapé Verde: A creamy blend of green olives, roasted red pepper, sour cream and mayo.
Tuna Tortilla Roll: Tuna, zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots. Wrapped with grilled tortilla. Server with spicy sauce.
Ceviche: A citrus-marinated seafood salad, popular in mainly Latin American countries.
Cosmo Viera: Sautéed scallops and shallots with Madeira wine. Served with sweet and spicy pineapple sauce.
Enchilada de Camarones: Delicious Caribbean dish consisting of shrimp cooked in wine and sofrito sauce.
Shrimp Pizzeta: Crispy crust topped with shrimp tossed in white sauce.
Tomatoes a la Parmesana: Roma tomatoes filled with a mix of ricotta cheese, fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
Matambre Arrollado: Vegetable mix rolled inside of a flat steak. Served cold with chimi-mayo sauce.
Argentina Meatballs: Ground beef, white onion, fresh Basil, with herbs and spices in a marinated sauce.
Pollo al disco: Creamy soup with chicken, leeks, green peas, potatoes, tomato juice and cerveza negra.
Fiesta Pollo Quesadilla: Roasted chicken, green peppers, red peppers, white onion, yellow rice, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses melted between two tortillas. Served with Fuego sauce.
Amelotti Rice Salad: Fresh asparagus, bell peppers, apples, seasoning, rice, roma tomatoes, pecans and hard boiled eggs tossed in a tangy Salsa Golf Dressing
Tortellini Salad: a colerful tortellini pasta, kalamata olives, red onion, tomatoes, and fresh parmesan cheese, tossed in basil vinaigrette.
Tomato and Basil Stars: Tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, wrapped inside of grilled tortilla. Served with creamy pesto sauce.
